I recently came across Hotel Ganga and was pleasantly surprised to find that they not only have a variety of vegetarian options but also offer Paleo diet choices. I tried their Veg Clear Soup and it was delicious! It had a perfect balance of fresh vegetables and herbs, and was light yet full of flavor. I recently tried Annapurna Rasoi Shimla for a quick office lunch, and I was blown away by their Sweet Babru! The flaky pastry and sweet filling were the perfect combination.
