I recently visited Eighteen71 Cookhouse & Bar and tried their Murg Badami Shorba. I must say, it was delicious! The soup had the perfect balance of spices and the creamy consistency was just right. The chicken pieces were tender and the almond flakes added a nice crunch. The ambiance of the restaurant was also very cozy and inviting. I recently tried the Veg Noodles with Veg Manchurian at Kashmiri Dhaba and I must say, it was a pleasant surprise. The noodles were cooked perfectly and had a nice, chewy texture. The veg manchurian was loaded with fresh vegetables and had a flavorful sauce. Overall, I was impressed with the quality of the dish as well as the freshness of the ingredients. If you're a fan of Chinese cuisine, I highly recommend giving this dish a try at Kashmir
