I recently visited Achija and was blown away by their Chinese Bhel, which caters perfectly to my Paleo diet. I recently visited Athavan Hotel and was pleasantly surprised to find a delicious Egg Thali option that was also gluten-free! The flavors were well-balanced and the portion size was just right. As someone with a gluten-free diet, it can be difficult to find good options at restaurants, but Athavan Hotel definitely delivered. I recently ordered the family meal deal at Hotel Prayag and it was a great experience. The Gobi Manchurian Dry dish was delicious and a good portion size for sharing.
