I recently dined at Peppercorn in GCC Hotel and Club and was delighted to find an array of healthy and nutritious options on their menu. The Veg Hawaiian Salad in particular stood out to me - it was bursting with fresh and flavorful ingredients. As someone who frequently shares my food diary on social media, I was impressed by the nutritional content of the dishes here. Their classic margherita pizza is not at all good, they never seem to change it. The pizza dough is extremely chewy, the cheesy have very little taste i.e. not enough cheese or not quality cheese, the sauce is decent, but the dough is so chewy and thick it honestly makes me want to gag sometimes. The pizza size is true to 8" and is big but man it's not at all enjoyable. It's very chewy and very soggy, even my jaw hurts after finishing the pizza. I cannot even finish the pizza without 3-4 packs of oregano seasoning because the dough overtakes all the tastebuds out and overpowers everything. Meh
