I recently visited Chottus Cafe and was pleasantly surprised to see that they offered Keto diet options! I love how they use ghee in their rice, it adds a delicious flavor. The ghee rice was definitely a standout, but I also tried some other Keto-friendly dishes and they were all amazing. As someone who follows the Keto diet, it can be difficult to find restaurants that cater to my preferences, but Chottus Cafe did not disappoint. I highly recommend trying their Keto options and sharing
