Recently tried out Uppum Mulakum Pazhankanji Kada, and was blown away by the flavourful and well-made Ghee Rice. I recently had the pleasure of dining at Holborn and I must say, the veg fried rice was exceptional. The vegetables were cooked perfectly and the rice had a great flavor. The atmosphere of the restaurant was cozy and welcoming. I loved how each dish was presented creatively. The service was also top-notch, with attentive waitstaff and quick service.
