The Ruby Arena is my go-to lunch spot for a quick and satisfying meal. I recently tried their Poori Masala and it did not disappoint! The Poori was perfectly crispy and the masala had just the right amount of spice. I also appreciate their sustainable packaging. I recently ordered the Idly and Vada set from Swathi - Ktdc Mascot Hotel and I was blown away by the taste and presentation! The idlis were soft and fluffy while the vadas were crispy and perfectly seasoned. The coconut chutney and sambar added the perfect balance of flavors to the dish.
