I recently visited Chottus Cafe and was pleasantly surprised to see that they offered Keto diet options! I love how they use ghee in their rice, it adds a delicious flavor. The ghee rice was definitely a standout, but I also tried some other Keto-friendly dishes and they were all amazing.
