As a person who follows the Paleo diet, I was pleasantly surprised to find options that catered to my dietary needs at McDonald's. The 4 Pc McSpicy Chicken Wings were flavorful and perfectly cooked, while the 2 Pc MFC provided a great alternative to traditional fried chicken.
