I recently visited Roll Express and was pleasantly surprised by their wide variety of vegan options. As someone who follows a plant-based diet, I appreciate restaurants that offer diverse choices. I tried their single egg and single aloo roll, and they were both absolutely delicious. The flavors were authentic and the rolls were perfectly cooked. The staff was also very accommodating and made sure my needs were met. I highly recommend Roll Express for anyone looking for a genuine taste of kathi rolls, especially for those with vegan preferences
