I recently tried the Chicken Masala Platter at Modern Caterers and it was absolutely delicious! The chicken was cooked to perfection and the masala was bursting with flavor. The portion size was generous and the presentation was beautiful. I also couldn't resist ordering some sushi and it did not disappoint. The fish was incredibly fresh and the rolls were expertly made.
