I recently tried The Mithai Wala's Dry Balushahi and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. As a self-proclaimed lover of spicy food, I was happy to see that this dish had a nice kick to it. The texture of the dry balushahi was perfect - crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
