Krispy Kreme in Forum mall was a very small cute outlet. Though it is located in one of the corners of the first floor

it was very easy to spot, thanks to the large and rather conspicuous sign board. Honestly, I couldn't resist the sight of donuts they had on display. The store was jam packed and luckily we got a table.

Initially we wanted to have 2 coffees and a single donut but, when the guy at the counter talked about the combo offer

in which you will get 2 donuts free with every 2 coffees you order, my eyes sparkled with merriment. One downside, the free donuts were 'Original Glazed' and we wanted those fancy looking ones. Just at an additional donut we upgraded ours into Vanilla Chocochip and Strawberry Torte. This time, against our familiar groove, we had Filter Coffees instead of having Cappuccinos and Lattes.

We absolutely loved the donuts. Strawberry Torte, my personal favourite, is a must try. The whole donut bun was filled with Strawberry coulis/jam and I love the fact that it oozes out when you take a bite. This was the first time i am having Filter coffee from an outlet like this and l was taken aback as it felt powerfully evocative and homely.
