It was not oily at all! The samosas were also great. Sure, all of the items are already made and sitting out, but they were all still warm. 💞The samosas were not served with any chutneys. But they did not need it at all. The samosas has a very flavorful filling of potatoes, peas, and cashews. While being slightly sweet, the breading was fantastic, and any sauce or chutney would have overpowered the natural flavors 💕💕 Last and definitely my personal star of the show was the rabdi ghewar🍝 This dessert might just be the best thing I have EVER eaten in my life.🤤🤤The base is a crunchy clarifies butter concoction similar to Mysore pak. Then, the top has a generous ladle of sweet paneer. Absolutely mind blowing and sweet. It is very rich, so even a small piece will leave you satisfied.
