One of the few snacks that is super tasty and a tad bit healthy as compared to the regular Samosas and Pakoras is the Great Gujju Khandvi.

Very similar to Dhoklas in terms of colour but very different in taste. Khandvis are like the salty version of icecream rolls , as I like to call them. 🤤 Super delicious and one of the star dishes from Gujarat.
