Recipe for Potato Noodles in Chilli Oil.
Made from actual boiled potatoes and tossed in hot, @faasos Teekha Chaska chilli oil, these chewy noodles are glossy, spicy, and stupidly addictive.

Recipe?
Noodles (about 12-14 chonkybois):
• 300g boiled potatoes (peeled + mashed smooth)
• 90g cornstarch or potato starch
• 1 tsp salt
Knead into a warm, smooth dough. Roll into thick ropes. Steam for 14 mins until translucent.
Teekha Chaska Chilli Oil -
In a bowl, add:
• 2 tsp Faasos Teekha Chaska
- 1.5 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder (for the color)
• 2 tsp soy sauce
• 6-7 cloves garlic, minced
- Spring onion greens, chopped
- 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
Heat 60g oil until shimmering and pour over the bowl. Mix the sizzling mixture and cover it. Let it steep for atleast 30 minutes
Toss the steamed noodles off the heat in this oil until they’re glossy and fully coated.
Serve with extra sesame and chopped spring onions.
