- half cup chickpea flour/ besan
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- Salt, pepper
For Patties (4-5 pcs)
- 100gm boiled kidney beans/rajma

- ½ small onion
- ½ tomato/ 1 tsp tomato paste
- 40-50 g rolled oats
- 50 g low fat paneer
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp mustard sauce
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- salt & pepper to taste
- handful of parsley
