The OnePlus Music Festival will happen on the grounds of the world-class D.Y. Patil Stadium in Mumbai. Important Points To Be Mindful Of
- It is mandatory to purchase tickets for children above the age of 4. Children below 4 years of age may attend the concert at parents' discretion, however, take into consideration the busy crowd and loud music.
- The gates will open at sharp 2 PM but because of the large crowd, it is advisable to reach in advance. In addition in case of insufficiency of space, entry may be refused.
- Remember to carry a valid government issues photo ID (Driver's License, Aadhar Card, Voter's ID, Passport Copy) and proof of redemption. Without these, you will not be permitted to enter.
- Purchasing tickets for others, re-selling tickets or buying tickets from any vendor apart from the official OnePlus approved sites are strictly prohibited.
- There is no re-entry on the purchased tickets, so avoid exiting the venue before the event is over.

A. No, the OnePlus Music Fest tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable in nature.
Q. Can I bring my children to the OnePlus Music Festival?
A. Yes, you can bring your children to the concert. If your kid is below 4 years of age, you don't need to buy a ticket. However, if your child is 4 years old or above, you will have to buy a separate ticket for him/her. While the prospect of including your children in this grand concert might sound appealing, remember to be mindful of the nature of the event and its nuances such as booming loud music, overflowing crowds, and powerful strobe lighting.
Q. Can I bring my pet to the festival?
