I recently tried the Kulhad Wali Pav Bhaji at Haandiwala and it was absolutely delicious! Not only was the pav bhaji served in a unique and environmentally-friendly kulhad, but the flavors were spot on. The pav was perfectly buttered and toasted, while the bhaji was packed with spices and had a great balance of tanginess and spiciness. I recently tried Kadak Singh Da Dhaba for a quick office lunch and I was impressed! Their Lemon Chaap was definitely the standout dish, it had the perfect balance of tangy and spicy flavors.
