1. Mother's Day Run 2018

PlayNLive honors Motherhood by hosting a Mother's Day Run 2018 - Second Edition. Let's honor Motherhood on Mother's day. The event is organized by Playnlive Sports to dedicate one healthy morning to our mother's. The event is open to all and anybody can come and run with a motive to dedicate the day to their Mothers.

DATE: 13th May 

TIMINGS: 6:00  am to 9:00 am

VENUE: Noida Stadium

DISTANCE: 10km, 5km, 3 Km & 1 km.

2. 8 Hours Healing Journey

Explore a unique session in healing with ancient nature traditions in which you bring yourself to the core of your being enabling you to transform into a new self. The full-day session provides an intensive opportunity to heal ancestral (genetic) and present memories, retrieve past memories of our spirit to help us strengthen our lives, communicate with our moon and sun bodies, channelize earth and water energy and consciously integrate nature into our life. This is not a workshop. It is a full day session including individual consultation and various shamanic processes of healing. As such, the recommended participation is less with a maximum of 5 only.

4. Salsation

SALSATION is a fun and addictive dance fitness program based on functional training with a very strong focus on musicality and lyrical expression. SALSATION provides a full body workout that helps improve movements and musicality.

5. Bollywood Style Yoga

Engage with Payal Gidwani the fitness expert of celebrities such as Karishma Kapoor, Rani Mukherjee, Kareena Kapoor, Saif Ali Khan and others in an hour-long 'Yoga Session' followed by a band performance at the Hub, DLF Promenade from 6:00 pm onwards.
