I recently visited Paratha Plaza in 4th Block and was pleasantly surprised to see that they offered options for the Paleo diet. As someone who follows this diet, it can be challenging to find suitable food options at restaurants, but Paratha Plaza made it easy for me. I highly recommend their healthy Bihar Paratha, which was delicious and satisfied my cravings while still being within the guidelines of the Paleo diet. I recently tried Nanna Munna Paratha House and was pleasantly surprised by the variety of gluten-free options available.
