I recently ordered lunch from Blue Tokai Coffee Roasters and I have to say, I was impressed! Their Cardamom Coconut Latte was absolutely delicious - the perfect balance of flavors. The ordering process was quick, perfect for my office break, and the delivery speed was impressive. The packaging was also excellent, ensuring my meal arrived fresh and well-presented. Overall, I highly recommend Blue Tokai Coffee Roasters for quick and tasty office lunches.

As part of our mission to bring high-quality, Indian-grown specialty coffee to the world, we made our way to Japan in 2023. ?

Shreyas, a seasoned roaster from our team, was a critical part of this journey. He took on a variety of roles, from organising local pop-ups and understanding the Japanese palate, to overseeing our roastery in Tochigi.

We’re so excited about the research @sicc.coffee is doing to discover climate-resilient alternatives to Arabica. Their work is not just shaping the future of coffee, but also opening up new possibilities for what specialty coffee can be.

And recently, in a cupping session led by Saleem from our roastery, we shared a taste of these climate-resilient coffees with our community:

☕ Coffea Racemosa, naturally low in caffeine and considered the rarest coffee species in the world, with wild and wonderful tasting notes;

☕ Coffea Excelsa, another low-caffeine variety that’s resistant to drought and other stresses, with a flavour experience not commonly found in Arabica;

☕ Coffea Canephora, a fine Robusta that’s showing what this species can do when it’s given the right care and attention, and
