I recently tried the Kung Pao Prawns With Lantern Chilli, Peanut And Cashew Nut at China House, Hyatt Regency, and it was a delightful experience! The prawns were perfectly cooked and the combination of lantern chilli, peanut and cashew nut added a great crunch and texture to the dish. The presentation was also impressive, making it a feast for both the taste buds and the eyes. As someone who loves ordering desserts, I couldn't resist trying out their dessert

The Clay Pot Vegetable from China House in Hyatt Regency was excellent. The vegetables were cooked just right and the Sichuan chilli sauce added a nice kick. Presentation was beautiful, and the portion size was perfect for one person. Highly recommend!
