I recently tried the Schezwan Noodles at Rapchik Punjabi Corner and I must say, they were delicious! As someone who loves spicy food, I was pleasantly surprised by the perfect balance of heat in the dish. The noodles were cooked perfectly and the sauce had just the right amount of kick to it.
