I recently dined at Cafe Green Grass and was pleasantly surprised by their variety of vegan options, including the delicious Caramelized Onion and Sausage Pasta. The dish was bursting with flavors and the sausage substitute was satisfyingly meaty. As someone who prefers plant-based meals, I was thrilled to find such a tasty option. I also appreciate that the staff was knowledgeable about vegan substitutions and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. Highly recommend for anyone looking for vegan options.
