● These E-Gift vouchers can be redeemed at Tattva Spa, and not official website.
● E-Gift voucher cannot be clubbed with store discount.
● Maximum 10 E-Gift vouchers can be clubbed in single Invoice.
● E-Gift voucher has to be redeemed in full as partial redemption is not allowed.
● 24 hours prior appointment is mandatory.
● This E-Gift voucher can not be redeemed by the store manager. Contact 9999835852 for reservations and mention the E-Gift vouchers to the customer care as it can be redeemed only by the customer care.
● On redeeming E-Gift Voucher,the user has to pay the remaining amount via rest pay-modes.
● E-Gift Voucher is redeemable on all days of the week.
● Refund of money against the voucher will not be entertained.
● Elementia Wellness Pvt. Ltd (Tattva Spa) will not replace or reimburse the value of your E-Gift vouchers if its lost, stolen, damaged or expired.

● Responsibility of Accentiv shall be limited only up to the delivery of E-Gift vouchers to the final customer.
● Accentiv shall not be held responsible for any misuse, theft, transfer, etc. occurred after delivery of the said E-Gift vouchers.
● This voucher is powered by Ederned.
● Vouchers cannot be transferred for value or re-sold or redeemed for cash.
