I recently dined at Cafe 1866, and I was impressed by their Veg Hot And Sour Soup. It was packed with fresh veggies and the perfect amount of spice. As someone who prefers healthy meal options, I was happy to see that the soup was not loaded with heavy oils or preservatives. In fact, the portion size was just right, not too much or too little. I highly recommend this dish and I will definitely be coming back to try more of their healthy options.
