I recently visited Himalayan Bakery and ordered their Eggless Pineapple Cake. I must say, it was absolutely delicious! The cake was moist, perfectly sweetened, and had real chunks of pineapple in every bite. I loved that it was eggless, as it made it suitable for vegetarians like me. The ambiance of the bakery was also very inviting and the staff was friendly. I highly recommend trying out the Eggless Pineapple Cake at Himalayan Bakery - it's a must-try
