● Amazon Fresh Voucher is a prepaid payment instrument that can be used to purchase products listed on Amazon Fresh page on Amazon Fresh page.
● Amazon Fresh Scheduled delivery is currently available in selected cities. These are Delhi NCR, Jaipur, Ahmedabad, Kolkata, Pune, Mumbai, Thane, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Mysore, and Indore.
● For all other cities in India, there will be no promised delivery slot in Amazon Fresh unscheduled deliveries.
● These terms and conditions apply to Amazon Fresh Voucher issued by Pine Labs under the brand name of Qwikcilver and co-branded with Amazon Pay (Amazon Fresh Voucher).
● Amazon Vouchers (including Amazon Shopping Voucher, Amazon Prime Voucher and Amazon Fresh Voucher) are not eligible for use on Amazon Business marketplace.
● An Amazon Fresh Voucher cannot be transferred or cancelled once it is issued.
● Credit and Debit Cards issued outside India cannot be used to purchase Amazon Fresh Voucher.
● Beneficiary of Amazon Fresh Voucher can apply the 13-digit alpha numeric code on?https://www.amazon.in/vouchers?and add the voucher balance in his/her Amazon.in account.
● Amazon Fresh Voucher cannot be transferred for value or redeemed for cash.
● Pine Labs, Amazon Pay or their affiliates are not responsible if an Amazon Fresh Voucher is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission.
● Amazon Fresh Vouchers are normally delivered instantly. But sometimes due to system issues, the delivery can be delayed up-to 48 hours.
● Pine Labs reserves the right to change these Amazon Fresh Voucher terms and conditions from time to time in its discretion and without prior notice to you.
