I recently had the pleasure of dining at Alam Muradabadi Biryani and was pleasantly surprised by their gluten-free options. As someone who follows a gluten-free diet, I appreciated the fact that they offered plain rice as a base for their dishes. The rice itself was cooked perfectly and had a great texture.
