I recently visited Blue Tokai Coffee Roasters and was pleasantly surprised to find many vegan options on their menu. I ordered the Espresso of the Month - Hoysala Estate Natural and it was deliciously smooth and rich. The staff was friendly and accommodating, providing me with recommendations on their vegan options. The atmosphere was welcoming and cozy, perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee.
