Nature is springing into action, it’s a time to celebrate! In Ayuvreda this season is called Vasanta, a time of invigorating renewal for the year ahead, moving from cold to warm, from heavy to light.
It's time to tweak our daily routine and shake up that sluggish Kapha energy of deep winter. We are all beings of nature and affected by the environment around us, and Vasanta is all about vitality and transformation. So with this in mind it’s a good time to review our daily rituals and practices to capitalise on this energy.

These Salted Date Choc Chip Cookies are gluten-free, dairy-free and a perfect bake for the festive season and ideal for gifting (or Father Christmas’ snack!).. ?
Made from ground almonds and rice flour, sweetened with dates and spiced with vanilla and cinnamon - they are finished off with a sprinkle of flakey sea salt and a few chocolate chips for good measure.
