The Chicken Hyderabadi Haleem at Alchemy was excellent. It was plenty to feed a family of four and the portion size was generous. The price was also very reasonable for the quality. The balance of spices in the dish was just right and the flavors were very enjoyable. We would definitely recommend it!

Pouring a deep reddish brown with a creamy beige head, this harmonious and monastic inspired Belgian Trappist ale is a complex mélange of spices, raisin and plum fruitiness with hints of cocoa and dark jaggery. This Dubbel still remains light on the palate with a superb balance of rich flavours and an earthy finish. It's a special beer that we hope you enjoy as much as we do!
Our latest Belgian-style Saison is made with unmalted ragi (finger millet) sourced from a local farm, along with barley and rye malts for further depth of flavours in this inspired farmhouse ale. Astra, an Australian hop from Ellerslie Estate in Victoria, gives aromatic notes of peach, citrus and a white-wine character. It's refreshing, crisp and pairs well with a wide variety of food dishes.
