I recently visited Lio Naga Chaitanya Kitchen and was pleasantly surprised to see some great Keto diet options on their menu. The chapatis were made with almond flour and were absolutely delicious. As someone who follows the Keto diet, I appreciate when restaurants offer such options. I couldn't resist sharing my experience and even tried replicating their recipe at home. The taste of their dishes was top-notch and I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone following the Keto diet. Kudos to Lio Naga
