I recently visited Sethani ki Rasoi and I must say, their Dal Bati Churma was absolutely delicious. Not only did it satisfy my cravings for traditional Rajasthani cuisine, but it also offered a healthy twist. The dal was rich in protein and the batis were perfectly baked without being too greasy. The churma was made with whole wheat flour and jaggery, providing a nutritious yet satisfying end to the meal. As someone who shares her food diary on social platforms, I
