I recently dined at Colony - The Raintree and was pleasantly surprised by the variety of gluten-free options on their menu. I opted for the Vegetable and Spinach Veloute Salad and it was absolutely delicious. The flavors were well balanced and the vegetables were fresh and crisp. I appreciate the effort put into providing gluten-free options for customers like me. Highly recommend for those looking for tasty and gluten-free meal choices.
