I recently had breakfast delivery from Quintessence - Hotel Raj Park Chennai. The falafel and hummus were great. The falafel was baked perfectly so it was crunchy on the outside and tender on the inside. The hummus was creamy and had a great depth of flavour. It was one of the best breakfasts I've had in a while and I would definitely recommend it!
