I recently tried the curd rice and vathakuzhambu at Hotel Saravana Bhavan on Dr. Radha Krishnan Salai and I was pleasantly surprised. The curd rice was perfectly creamy and had a refreshing tang from the yogurt. The vathakuzhambu had just the right amount of spice and was a great complement to the curd rice. Both dishes had great flavor and were well-made. I highly recommend trying this restaurant for delicious South Indian cuisine.
