I recently tried the Butter Phulka with Kaju Masala at Hotel Shiva Shagar and it was absolutely delicious! The dish had the perfect balance of spice and flavor, and the kaju masala added a unique and tasty twist to the traditional phulka. As someone who loves spicy food, I was thoroughly impressed with the heat level of the dish.
