Poor support from oven story kitchen support team they seem to be no clue on what order id and merchant id and how to resolve customer issues I spoke to two agents both are useless one said will speak with kitchen team and revert back but never did and the second one is heights he has no clue how to spot an order and I wish they don't leave this job and see no scope in them getting job elaewhere
