● This is an Apollo Pharmacy E-Healing Card and is only accepted at Apollo Pharmacy retail outlets and not applicable at Apollo 24/7 on Web / 247 App, Apollo Pharmacy website or Hospital Based Pharmacies.
● Apollo Pharmacy E-Gift voucher can be clubbed with on-going offers.
● No other discounts (Including but not limited to offers like SSO and PL bill busters) can be availed while redeeming Apollo Pharmacy E-Gift voucher.
● Multiple E-Gift vouchers cannot be clubbed in single bill.
● E-Gift voucher has to be redeemed in full as partial redemption is not allowed.
● Apollo E-Gift voucher is not valid for doctor consultations,Hospitals based Pharmacies, FMCG, DPCO, SSO, Apollo Brands, Surgical, Ayurvedic, and Holland & Barrett lab tests or health checks .
● Per Customer can redeem only 2 E-Gift voucher / day at the participating Apollo Pharmacy outlets .
● E-Gift voucher is not applicable to all baby food category products .
● Apollo Pharmacy is not responsible if the E-Gift voucher is lost, stolen, or used without permission.
● Request the cashier to use Billing Code (6619 E-Healing Card) to redeem these 16-digit Card No and its Pin No. Call Apollo Pharmacy Customer Care 1860 500 0101 for any issues.
● Queries while redemption only should be directed to Apollo customer care (1860 500 0101). For further issues, customers must contact the issuer, whose details should be mentioned on the voucher or card.
● No credit note / refund for the unused balance amount of the E-Gift voucher will be given. Any such unused balance amount shall stand lapsed automatically.
● Apollo Pharmacy E-Gift voucher cannot be revalidated once expired or cancelled under any situations.
● Apollo Pharmacy reserves the right to withdraw E-Healing Card scheme/offer before the completion of validity period without any notice or liability at its sole discretion.
● No Health Credits will be awarded on Voucher/ Gift card transactions.
● Billing should not be clubbed with Health credit, Card or Wallet. Any additional value above the voucher value should be paid in cash only.
● Once Apollo Pharmacy E-Healing voucher has been billed, items purchased with it cannot be returned or exchanged.
● This E-Gift voucher is powered by Pine Labs Private limited .
● E-Gift voucher cannot be transferred for value or re-sold or redeemed for cash.
