● This is a DPauls E-Gift Card would be accepted on https://dpauls.com. .
● DPauls E-Gift Cards are issued by DPauls Travel & Tours Ltd and powered by Valuedesign.
● The E-Gift Card is valid only for buying DPauls Services on DPauls.com or by visiting DPauls Office located at B-40, Shivalik, Malviya Nagar, New Delhi-110017.
● Users are required to save the E-Gift Card number and PIN to utilize this refunded amount as we will not be able to reset the PIN or reissue a new E-Gift Card number.
● Once purchased, E-Gift Card cannot be cancelled, unless expressly allowed to do so by DPauls Travel & Tours Ltd.
● This E-Gift Card cannot be clubbed with any other offer currently live on https://dpauls.com including cashbacks, discounts, etc. on a particular credit/debit card.
● For Flight Booking, Only One E-Gift Card can be used against One Bill .
● For Package Booking for Holiday Packages, Upto 3 E-Gift Card can be clubbed in Single Invoice.
● It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the safety of the E-Gift Card after purchase. DPauls Travel & Tours Ltd. is not responsible if the E-Gift Card is lost, stolen, or used without permission. A E-Gift Card once issued cannot be re-issued nor can the PIN be reset.
● The E-Gift Card cannot be replaced, refunded, revalidated, or exchanged for cash.
● DPauls Travel & Tours Ltd. reserves the right to deny accepting any E-Gift Card if it suspects that there is the duplicity of the E-Gift Card.
● Products and services offered by DPauls Travel & Tours Ltd. are subject to availability and terms of use of the DPauls Travel & Tours Ltd. platform.
● In no event, the liability of DPauls Travel & Tours Ltd. for any claims arising by the purchase or usage of E-Gift Card shall exceed the value of the respective E-Gift Card.
● You shall be responsible for maintaining strict confidentiality of the E-Gift Card PIN/ E-Gift Card unique 16-digit number issued to you. DPauls Travel & Tours Ltd. shall not be responsible to provide you with new E-Gift Card in the event this confidentiality obligation is breached by you. Any misuse/unauthorized disclosure of E-Gift Card shall result in cancellation of the order, as applicable, without any liability of DPauls Travel & Tours Ltd.
● You agree to indemnify DPauls Travel & Tours Ltd./its affiliates, officers, and directors, from all claims brought by any third party against DPauls Travel & Tours Ltd./ its affiliates, officers, and directors, arising out of or in connection with any breach of these E-Gift Card terms and conditions.
● In addition to the terms of use available on the DPauls Travel & Tours Ltd. platform, you shall also abide by these terms and conditions specifically to be able to use the E-Gift Card. In the event of any dispute in the interpretation of these terms, DPauls Travel & Tours Ltd. shall be the final authority on the interpretation of these rules.
● This is for individual use only. Distributor found using E-Gift Card would lead to cancellation of the booking and no refund would be made.
● Disputes are subject to Delhi jurisdiction.
● Credit and Debit Cards issued outside India cannot be used to purchase DPauls E-Gift Card.
● E-Gift Card cannot be redeemed for Cash or Credit.
● In the event that the beneficiary/Know Your Customer (KYC) details are found to be incorrect or insufficient as per RBI Guidelines, DPauls Travel & Tours Ltd./ Valuedesign retains the right to cancel the E-Gift Card issued.
● You agree and understand that E-Gift Cards are a pre-paid payment instrument subjected to regulations issued by the RBI under the RBI guidelines. DPauls Travel & Tours Ltd./ Valuedesign may be required to share KYC details of the purchaser/ redeemer of the E-Gift Card and/or any other information in relation to the purchase of the E-Gift Card and/or transaction undertaken using the E-Gift Card with RBI or such statutory authorities. DPauls Travel & Tours Ltd./ Valuedesign may contact the purchaser/redeemer of the E-Gift Card for any such information.
● E-Gift Card cannot be resold.
● E-Gift Card validity cannot be extended under any circumstances.

● In case of any cancellation of orders purchased using E-Gift Card within the validity period, the amount will be reversed to the E-Gift Card used at the time of shopping.
● In case the E-Gift Card validity has expired, then there will be no refund processed for the amount paid by the E-Gift Card.
● This E-Gift Card is powered by Pine Labs Private limited.
● E-Gift Cards cannot be transferred for value or re-sold or redeemed for cash.
