● The E-Gift Card once purchased are non-cancellation and non-refundable.
● This E-Gift Card holds no value until activated with a minimum amount of Rs. 1,000/- and a maximum of Rs. 10,000/-.
● Max. 5 E-Gift Cards can be use in single bill.
● This E-Gift Card cannot be recharged.
● The E-Gift Card cannot be used to purchase other E-Gift Cards.
● The E-Gift Card can be used till balance or validity.
● Balance available on the E-Gift Card cannot be exchanged for cash and can be redeemed only against future purchases.
● The E-Gift Card can only be used to make purchases up to the value of the E-Gift Card. If the bearer wished to make purchases for an amount that exceeds the balance available on the E-Gift Card, the bearer will have to pay the amount exceeding the balance using another mode of payment.

● Forever New may, use the information provided by the purchaser of the E-Gift Card for communicating new promotions, launch of products or similar other purposes.
● Forever New reserves the right to cancel any E-Gift Card or the scheme pursuant to which this E-Gift Card has been issued, for any reason at any time without notice. Under such circumstances, Forever New may, at its sole discretion, either refund the balance value of the E-Gift Card to the bearer or replace the E-Gift Card of equivalent value.
