Chinese schezwan noodles are a popular dish in China and other parts of East Asia. They are made from noodles, salt, oil, and water, and they usually have a savory seasoning (such as soy sauce or oyster sauce) added to them. Chinese schezwan noodles can be served cold or hot.

 

There are many different variations of schezwan noodles, but the most common versions include pork schezwan noodles (made with shredded pork), chicken schezwan noodles (made with shredded chicken), vegetable schezwan noodles (made with assorted vegetables), fish fillets in sauce, and shrimp fried rice dishes containing schezwan Noodles.

 

How to make schezwan Noodles.

-Soak the noodles in warm water for about 10 minutes before boiling them in salted water.

-Once the noodles have boiled themselves once, drain them and add some oil to a wok or frying pan over medium heat. Add the drained noodles and stir-fry until they become slightly crispy on the outside but still soft inside.

-Add your favorite seasonings (soy sauce/ Oyster Sauce work best)and serve immediately!
