“As I navigate life at 29, I’ve learned a few things along the way,” shares comedian Urooj Ashfaq (@uroojashfaq), while slipping into a pair of Bata Comfit shoes from the new Starlight Collection. “One of the most important lessons? “My definition of success keeps changing... As of now, it means to be able to genuinely enjoy my work,” says comedian Urooj Ashfaq (@uroojashfaq). For her, getting behind the mic every single time, even on difficult days, is just as important. “Curiosity keeps me going despite all odds. If I’ve had a bad day, bad week, bad year. I’ll still ask, ‘What happens next? How does this turn out? How does this end?’”
