Aloo Pyaaz Paratha
The filling is made by mixing boiled potatoes with onions, green chilies, coriander, cumin, garam masala, and other spices. The dough is then stuffed with this mixture, rolled out, and cooked on a hot griddle (tawa) with ghee or butter until golden brown and crispy. Aloo Pyaaz Paratha is best enjoyed hot, served with butter, curd (yogurt), pickles, or chutney.
