Chunmun

Don't buy any Gift Voucher for Chunmun from magicpin as they have stopped working with magicpin 3-4 years back. Instead they accept the Gift Vouchers from Paytm now. I'm not sure why magicpin still sells Gift Vouchers for Chunmun even after being discontinued. I bought one and my money got stuck magicpin saying the voucher is redeemed but Chunmun is saying that we didn't get the money. So, I have escalated it to magicpin on mail as they are using a useless bot for the ticket on the app. If I don't get any response in the next 2 days then I will be complaining about this to National Consumer Helpline for grievance redressal.
