I recently tried the Rajma Chawal with Raita at The Urban Kitchen and it was absolutely delicious! The rajma was cooked to perfection, tender and flavorful. The rice was fluffy and the raita was the perfect accompaniment, adding just the right amount of tanginess. I also appreciate that the portion size was generous.
