I used to love your chaat items & have ordered multiple times & bhelpuri has been in every order & sevpuri also multiple times but this time it was disappointing as after strictly mentioning no peanuts, there were plenty & 1/2 kg sev in sevpuri, completely dry no dahi/chutney, bhelpuri also not as good as always, maybe the chef has changed or existing chef is in bad mood, and previously the plastic packaging box were good, these paper box absorb all moisture of bhelpuri & aluminium foul wrap cover is supposed to be in the inner side of sevpuri packing, which even a thela wala knows it, for what am I paying for this much?

Didn't like the delivery, packaging, and wrong item(s) at this place
