Featuring a soft and Fudgy sponge that is prepared over two days and a piping of a smooth Dark chocolate ganache, this pastry is a treat if you enjoy a good quality chocolate dessert

Cherry Chocolate Almond

Featuring two fat layers of a Soft almond sponge and a Chocolate chip sponge sandwiched with a scrumptious Cherry confit to rock your world. We also added 2 textures of 54% dark chocolate to add another layer of oomph to the pastry, a Dark chocolate mousse and a Dark chocolate Namelaka. All this is perched on a crisp, buttery Vanilla bean shortbread.

Dark Chocolate Raspberry

This one is for those looking for EGGLESS indulgences. One of the most classic combinations, in this pastry we bring together a Tangy raspberry and lime compote, a Rich dark chocolate ganache encased in a 54% chocolate mousse. We’ve used a Chocolate blackout sponge and a Dark chocolate feuilletine reconstituted streusel to add an extra layer of oomph to the pastry.

Mint Chocolate

Inspired by the refreshing after eight, we’ve reimagined this dessert as our version of a Dark Chocolate-Peppermint treat. We’ve used a Fudgy chocolate cake for a good dose of sponge which is encased in a Peppermint flavoured dark chocolate mousse, It has a Dark chocolate choux bun filled with a Minted vanilla whipped ganache on top. For accentuating the freshness of this dessert, we’ve also sprinkled it with our favourite mint candy, Polo

Lemon Hazelnut Coffee

Bringing together flavours that were meant to be together! This pastry features a delicious Lemon sponge soaked with a Citrus vanilla syrup and topped with a Coffee ganache which is encased in a Vanilla Bean Mousse. We’ve also added a Milk chocolate and a Stone ground hazelnut praline cream with a Tangy lemon curd. To round off the experience, we have introduced a Crunchy coffee shortbread cookie.

Coconut Passionfruit Vanilla

Tropical flavours define the well needed relief from the hot summers! This pastry features a Fresh Banana and Passionfruit Confit and a Milk Chocolate Cremeux encased in a Light vanilla bean mousse. We’ve added a Lime and coconut streusel for an interestingly flavoured crunch and a super soft Vanilla chiffon that serves as a supporting texture for the pastry. To accentuate the tropical flavours, we have used a Coconut and Malibu Whipped ganache and garnished the pastry with Fresh coconut curls.

Mocha Almond Praline

Bringing the quirk out of classic flavours like Chocolate and coffee, this pastry has employed various formats of the two flavours to create an absolute flavour party! It consists of a Soft Almond Sponge layered with a smooth and creamy swiss meringue based Almond Praline butter cream and a rich Mocha Ganache. These layers are complemented with a Lucious Caramel mousse and a Milk chocolate Almond Praline Cream

Hazelnut Chocolate

One of our signature desserts from our first menu. This dessert features a Caramelised hazelnut sponge layered with a Dark chocolate and hazelnut praline Cremeux. To emphasise the hazelnut flavours, we have another layer of a Hazelnut Praline Mousse. We’ve added a Hazelnut streusel for an added crunch and used a Milk chocolate whipped ganache and some Stone-ground almond and hazelnut praline as a garnish.

Bubblegum Cassatta

Brought to you straight out of our childhood, this one-of-a-kind pastry features a sublime Pistachio financier made from the finest Turkish Pistachio’s which is topped off with a nostalgic Strawberry Bubblegum Cremeux and a Winterberry confit. Rounded off with a smooth Cream cheese and Pistachio Casatta mousse, this dessert is meant to relive the best days of our lives!

Citrus Praline Vanilla (Gluten Free)

One of the most refreshing GLUTEN FREE pleasures out there! Your taste buds experience the freshness derived from the citrus notes of a Passionfruit and mandarin jelly and moves on to savour the delicately balanced heart of the pastry which consists of a rich Chocolate Cremeux and a Light orange cream. This is encased in a stone ground Almond praline mousse and a comforting Soft Mandarin and Almond sponge. To add some crunch, we’ve perched the pastry on a Crisp shortbread
